New problem with my 2000 Sport and need some help. Inside Drivers side door panel (top piece that you rest your arm on) is now sticking when you open the door and the rear portion of the panel is pulled away from the door. Does anyone know what is holding this panel or how to remove it? Thanks

My assumption would be one of the clips have broken off, but I am not sure where the clips would be located.

I had this exact problem...

There are C clamp/clips attached on the inner lip on the bottom of the top part of the panel. They clip onto the top of the door frame running along the bottom of the window sill. Note- Mine simply came unclipped from the door somehow. Im guessing yours will be the same.

The entire door panel is one piece including that part which actually holds the unit on the door and the other screws located in various places on the panel keep it snug against the frame.

Hope im clear enough...

I had that problem too on my 2000 sport... they reattached it somehow.. I think it was just a loose clip.
