With a garage that clean, no freakin way you have kids.

Hey Staxxin,

I am going to be ordering some sp600's on Monday morning. I just wanted to ask you a few questions. When I talked to John, he said he usually liked to pair this size of wheel up with the Michelin PS2s, how come you decided to go with the Toyos (although I really do like the tread pattern much better, but I have heard that the PS2s are really sticky)? And how come you went with 285/35 and 245/40 as opposed to 295/30 and 255/35 (I'm guessing you were either worried about rubbing issues or having to lower the car to make the shorter sidewall look better)? I have been agonizing  over these decisions the last few days and your thoughts would be welcome. Thanks.

Rubbing was a concern and I’ve heard from other that it is a reality with 295’s. Some have had to roll their fenders. I wanted to stay close to stock diameter and lowering the car was and is still a possibility. With that said the Toyo’s seem to be the best “bang for the buck”. Now that I have them on, I wouldn’t go any larger. I think the 295’s will stick out past the fenders to much for my liking. Feel free to email me if you want to chat further, staxxin@comcast.net

The Toyo’s are AWESOME!!! Personally, I think they stick as good as the RF’s. I had the luxury of a nice spirited drive today and was very impressed with what they were capable of. I highly recommend them!!!!
