S036 means that the ELC (Electronic Level Control) compressor is bad or the circuit is grounded or open (chaffed wire maybe).

S044 ?????

P028 (E028) ......... Open 3rd or 4th Gear Shift Or Shorted 2-3 Shift Solenoid [VCC] Bad shift solenoid. Kit is about $50 and the trans pan and valve body need to be removed. History means the failure hasn't been detected in the last 3 ignition cycles. Clear it and see if it returns.

PCM? is asking if you want to enter the PCM mode. That is where you clear the codes. HI FAN = yes, LOW FAN = no.
