Hello...

Im trying to replace my factory speakers in my 1980 coupe deville.

On the speaker list in the audio forum, it said I needed 4" x 10"s.

So I go buy some 4" x 10"s and now people are telling me I need 6" x 9"s.

Now im confused, and tried to check my car, but couldnt get in there enough to measure them.

Can anyone with a 1980 cdv help me out please?

Also, any speaker recommendations are welcomed....

all '77-'84 Coupe Devilles/Fleetwood coupes had 4x10s. its only the sedans that have 6x9s. but you can buy an adapter if you really want 6x9s, I would go for it, 6x9s usualy sound way better than 4x10s. hope that helped :)
