If there is anyone in NJ that can tune my 2006 cts-v please drop me a line.

I am tired of calling people and all I hear is "I will call you back" and I never get a call back. Im paying you for your service not the other way around. SO return phone calls because you will not be in business for ever!

Call Dave at Cartek (908-317-4496). He did a lot of very nice work on my V, including a custom tune. And he's updated the tune twice at no extra cost. It's a Corvette shop, but one of the best.

angermanagementracing.com is an ass. I left him a few messages and he won't call back. Cartek wants $650 for a tune and he doesn't have the software yet. Complete ripp off. I think I should open up my own shop and steal all their business by charging normal rates. What do you guys think?

Angermanagement doesn't have 06 tuning yet. He's waiting on EFILive to release it for the LS2's PCM. Should be within the next month. They are not going to go out and buy another tuning program for only one customer that can't wait.

On a logical topic... $650 for a dyno tune is abit high, normal is around $500.
What mods do you have done to your car that you need a dyno tune so badly?

No offense, but brian is a major canned tuner. Did you call the Vette dr.s?

I only have a K&N filter and a voltage stabilizer but I was told that a tune will give me 30 more hp to the rear wheels.

I am sure stealthV can help you right away as soon as the new efilive software is realeased as he uses it also. You also might want to consider buying the sofware yourself. In the long run it will save you lots of money if you make incremental changes to your V. With the efilive software and the auto tune features a wideband o2 like the LC1 is a must to getting things dialed in and in a real quick fashion. You can buy the software from wait4meperformance and he will include a base starter file for your car, which is basically the same as any mail order tune you will get from someone. Hope that helps.

Who is telling you 30 rwhp from these mods? You may be lucky to see 15rwhp. What is the "voltage Stabilizer"?

your sarcasm is great but I didn't say that the voltage stabilizer gives me 30 more rwhp. I said that I was told from a performance shop that a correct tune would give my car 30 more rwhp (I didn't say I believe them). I bought the voltage stabilizer because it makes my lights brighter and supposedly reduces battery drainage (don't see a difference though). I consider my car stock and wanted to get a tune to feel a little more power but I refuse to pay $650 for it.
