actually on that note (as i just read if u use it on the 2003-05 lades u have to disable xm) is there any solution of hooking an ipod up to yalls cars other than useing a Fm trans

Actually I believe the only thing that has to be disabled is the stock DVD entertainment system. I stand to be corrected on that, but that's the info I was given when I checked into it when I had a sub installed a couple of weeks ago.

If you don't have the stock DVD player [sold new as an option] then you shoudln't have to disconnect anything. Again I'm no stereo junkie so I stand to be corrected.
