Ok.............so I wanna know whats the best manual I can get, Id like to get the one that GM techs use. which r the best? I only want the best, First and foremost I need to change some data on the pcm/Ipc and I dont wanna F it up. thnx

The factory service manuals are not going to tell you how to 'change data' on the PCM or IPC. They explain how to replace them and will give you pin-outs for each wire that goes into them, but they won't tell you how to modify them. I don't think there is such a manual, at least from GM.

The ONLY manual to get is the FSM from http://www.helminc.com. You may find a used one on ebay. Chilton & Haynes make good bird cage liners.
