I've been away for a while and logged in today to find all kinds of threads about cars getting damaged. Its really strange!

Hi folks! How's everyone been doing?

PS My Caddy is still messed up, I've cobbled it back together with duct tape and zip ties for now. Ordered all parts off of ebay and will probably have it back together in a few weeks.

No insurance pay out.
Lawsuit papers filed.

Yeah, it's spreading like the plague. My caddy is in the garage and its STAYING there for the rest of tonight. With this crazy Chicago weather, we're under tornado watch and winter weather advisory :thepan:

At least a month (the most I've been away from this place)....my last post was probably around Jan 9-13 or something, right after my car got hit and run.

Now I'm in LA!

Oh yeah, you skid out in the snow and patched it back up with your uncle right? You got me beat by 3 weeks. I'm guessing the cars driving fine right? (Saw the repaired pics, looked decently street legal)
Hope to make similar repairs here.

She's a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross. I took three pictures of the car that day and she was on all of them, because it wasnt in the driveway, she was looking after it!

Dont let dad hear me say that.I was watching "It Takes A Thief" a few days ago, the episode where they took care of an auto repair business. The owner had an American
Bull Terrier in the shop as a guard dog. The thief took the dog along with the owner's personal truck.. :bang2::histeric:

Smart move!

It was probably attatched to his lower leg when he took it!

Char will not let anyone near the car when it is outside on the grass like that, when its parked accross the road, she sits on the driveway and if anyone goes near it she runs over to tell them hands off her car.

She likes the Vectra, the trunk is more ocmfortable for her than the Isuzus!

A friendly guard dog!?

Guilty of that one too! http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c249/mccombie_5/Stuff/OscarGarden.jpg

He seems to go all over the place, hes currently at my grandmas house to keep her company for a while.

New camera finally showed up. Got a pic of the damage to my poor old Cad. Unfortunately, you can't see the crack in the fender running up from the middle of the wheel opening. It was getting late in the day (yea, that's what happened). Anyway, I have another fender & front bumper, & the paint arrived, but it's way too cold to deal with it. Maybe in a couple months... Until then, I miss driving her & just may patch it up with duct tape. :bigroll: Oh, the grill was very slightly damages, I removed it just to make sure there were no hidden surprises.
