Man, I'm so sore from digging out...3 freaking shovel shifts! But I made it my business to keep the V from being covered and iced-in by the snow.

Hey!!! Does the V hop in snow?

Yeah....

That's why I moved. I saw a snowflake the other day, but then I got cold and shut the freezer.

I shoveled for 3 hours straight, stopped to eat dinner and then went out there for another hour. :rant2:

And to think I was complaining about 39* and flurries. Damn man that brings me back to Michigan all over again. Do they even have enough snow removal equipment up there for you guys?

I use to live outside Detroit. And as anyone will tell you, it never snows in Detroit. The year I moved back, 1997, we experienced our worst winter ever. Detroit has very little snow removal equipment. We were crippled for days. Glad to hear your neck of the woods is better prepared.

I was in Northville from 95-97. I remember some snow. But damn, that first picture reminds me a growing up in Chicago. F- that, 81' in Cali today, took the dogs swimming, waters still a bit chilly for me.

It was beautiful in SoCal today. I spent the day cruising up and down PCH in 80 degree weather.

Yeah it was cold and windy yesterday, but this afternoon it warmed up to almost 60 and sunny so I took the V out for a drive and lucky me ran across a Acura TL w/ "performance tires" who was jotting in and out of traffic. So I had a little TL for lunch ;)

I saw some ice today... in my drink.. it was 80 degrees here today... I was sweating up a storm working in the house (V currently in shop)...

Buy a truck and keep the V garaged.. thats my advice... Oh, and stay inside.

My Corsa just got dropped off via UPS. I'm out in the garage putting it on right now (came in for a lunch break), and it's 25 degrees. Really, not too bad actually. Summer is really nice here in Michigan ... if it falls on a weekend, we have picnic! :bonkers:
