Damn, Shaq had an Escalade 3 years before they came out. Someone should really reset the clock on the DIC.

Lol at the clock thing, ya this truck has def been everywhere it was used to promote the TIS wheels and in the "how we do" video for the game and 50 cent. I cant imagine sitting in the back with that system.

It's beautiful. Looks like Shaq barely drove it with the miles just under 10,000. If it had a warranty, I would have sold my 2005 for it. Wow, really is unbelievable. No sunroof though, but still real nice.

Thanks.

Top notch all around! EXCEPT for the leatherwork. It looks awful.

Does anyone know why the warranty is void? Is it the supercharger? I mean, it only has around 10,000 miles on it. I am seriously considering placing a bid for it and don't want to place the bid until I can figure out why the warranty is void. That really bothers me. Let me know if anyone figures it out.

Thanks.

Its probably out of warranty b/c Im sure he had it as soon as it was available (over 4 years ago). I could be wrong, but send an email to the seller and find out exactly why.

Yeah I am sure the warranty has expired due to age. He is probably selling it due to the new one coming out. That is one of the cleanest I have seen. What else can be done.

I've seen the car in person, in fact I was there when they were painting it. The car rides like dog crap and the sound system blows big chunks. I did like the whole side view mirror camera system (when you fold the mirrors you can still see in back of you). Maybe I'm more into a cleaner, daily driver type of look. And btw, the lexani bodykit is :vomit:

The auction is now over and the final bid for Shaq's 2002 Escalade with all the mods was...ONLY $55,100? Wow! I think someone got a great deal on that Escalade. Even though it was one of the first 2002's produced, I still think that $55,100 is well worth it. I was surprised that the price of the truck didn't go above $60,000. Don't forget, the truck is still a baby, it only has a little less than 10,000 miles. I think it was a great buy.

Thanks.

Warranty is gone because its bagged. Shaq's Esclade is nothing special. One solid paint job, body kit and some interior work that isn't that appealing. I don't like much of it, never really have. The grille is nice though.

Oh so cheap! Here in Europe, some crappy stock Escalade costs 40% more. Looks very nice too although the front bumper is a bit too big.
Anyone got pictures of that "blacked out Lade"?

That is exactly how I want my exterior to look like. Its simply perfect. The interior, well... I'd rather have stock interior than that mess. The outside is smooth tho!

It had a supercharger too.

For the guy who said this was a steal and a hellava deal I would beg to differ. Other than the fact that you could say I'm driving a car that shaq owned which personally is kind of cheesy this isn't anything spectacular.

2002 escalade: KBB Value at $30,000
Body Kit: $2000
26" rims: $5000
Fuel door: $100
Tint: $100
Tail Lights: $150
Lambo doors: $1500
Strut Grill: $2300
Air bags: $3000
Supercharger: $4000
Sound system/custom interior: -$1,000,000,000,000,000.00

GRAND TOTAL: -$1 GAZILLION DOLLARS

Seriously though, your looking at about $48,000 before the sound system. Let's assume that the sound system/custom interior cost 10 grand (and that's a big IF) Your looking at 58k vs 55k going price. All to say I'm driving Shaq's OLD car. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where George buys a POS car because John Voigt was the old owner (John Voit the dentist). Now if you want a real deal, buy a true alpine demo car...those interiors are SCHWEET.

Funny thing is -

He didn't pay for the wheels, the Strut grill, etc. Most of this is practically sponsored for the trade of free promotion for whoever hooked it up.

But you forgot to mention that the car was almost brand new (only 10k miles), where do you get that Lade for 30k?

Key word is "ALMOST" brand new. Once you drive it off the lot shave 10k off off what you paid. You can KBB it if u want at 10k miles and it comes out to be $30k. Remember, $30k for a car that's 4 years old isn't out of this world. In fact, I think it's actually high for a car modded the hell out of.

This is a show car -
In the show scene, the amount of miles and how old the vehicle is doesn't matter. Its how tricky you get with the vehicle. This vehicle was specifically a show truck, and it was trailered with DUB to shows. I've seen an old Jetta (w/ 90,000 miles), but tricked out sell for $140,000.

I'm glad they got rid of this thing, no matter how much they sold it for. It had to go, i'm sick of seeing it at the shows. However, they probably could have set the reserve at $80,000 and met it. I'm sure the person who won the reserve bid was surprised that it met so low.

As I stated before, I was very surprised that the auction ended and the price of the Escalade was only at $55,100. I thought it would reach at least $60,000. I was seriously thinking about selling my 2005 Escalade and purchasing this one that was for sale. I loved all the modifications that had been made except for the red leather. Obviously, I would have lived with it. It just seems a little cheap from the pictures, but I could be wrong. Never was able to see the truck in person. Well, something else will come along, as for now, I will work on my 2005 and do some work with it.

Thanks.
