Damn rule on private messages... I can't reply to your PM because I don't have enough posts. Stupid rule.

The picture that you have posted reflects that the intake manifold is either painted or covered with a silver white pearl finish that is gorgeous.

May I inquire what it is that you have done to obtain that finish on the OEM black plastic manifold to obtain that finish?

It is truly impressive. I would appreciate any help or product feedback.

best regards - Pete

I sanded the casting marks and other uglies off and then had it painted at a body shop with regular basecoat/clearcoat paint.

Can you email me directly at: pietro@comcast.net please

You made a couple of other engine bay aesthetic modification that are outstanding looking as well and I had a few questions that I hope you can address.

Your help is much appreciated:

best regards - Pete

We're talking about the engine I put together for my '63 Grand Sport Corvette that I built... any of which details could be used on a CTS-V.

Oh, I see. A nice little weekend project I gather. Shiet. Yeah, I actually saw that on one of the other threads. Looks like a lot a blood, sweat, and tears went into that. Vurry nize, if I might say so myself.
