Couple of shots of the amp rack mounted underneathe the rear deck along with the one of the JL amps mounted. There will be a 300/4 and 500/1 mounted here. Cutout for the bass from the (2) JL 10W6v2's in spare tire well. The nice thing about the cutout is I can still mount my free air 10 in there if I want. Wiring some more today. Anybody notice the relocated trunk light???

yummy indeed :)

best part about what you're doing is the damn deck won't rattle with the free air one in there :)
I still have deadening to do to tame my deck down. But i LOVE your install and don't want or need more bass. Damn thing rocks.

i would dynamat the hell out of your spare well though bro :) that RAAMmat kicks butt.

SBONES,

The 500/1 is plenty for the W6's. I thought about the 1000/1 but didn't want to have to worry about current draw on the alternator and battery. The 300/4 and 500/1 are pulling about 90amps of current if your pounding on it. I'm going to install a Batcap 400 on the rack by the 500/1 to help out. Doing a little at a time so I can keep my Saturday's busy.:alchi:

i have the 450/4 and the 500/1...monitors, fans, and a water pump...yellow top up front and 2 stinger 1farit caps on the amps...my lights are dimming...i do need an alternator...next step...i think we have a denso with 150 amp...im going to ohio generators for a 225 or 250 amp one if it fits...ya i got no trunk..

My remote turn-on wire decides to quit working sometimes, so it obviously needs a new source.

Where do you guys get your switched 12v+ to turn on your amps?? Please be specific so I can go out to the garage and splice a quick wire ;)

I had to install a PAC OEM-2 to bump up the signal for the 12v turn-on on my 500/1.
