I have a 94 eldorado with 170k miles and I probably need to change the fuel filter. Can you tell me where it is and if it is very difficult to change. I also have a problem with it stalling sometimes when I'm stopped at a traffic signal with my foot on the brake and the car in gear. Anyone else have this problem?
Have you ever cleaned the TB?
If the '94 is like the '93 then the big fuel filter is under the driver's side of the car. Just trace the fuel line and you will find it.
Stalling sometimes caused by faulty EGR or even the idle-speed solenoid.

What is the tb and how do you clean it?
TB = Throttle Body.
Remove the intake duct and MAF sensor. Block the throttle plate open. Spray the throttle bore and plate with carb cleaner. Scrub with a toothbrush and rag til clean. Don't forget the backside and perimiter of the throttle plate.
