If anyone is looking for a real nice meter that reads G's, 0-60, 60-0, 1/4 mile and some others....we have an Autometer Gauge that does it all at a cheap price:

What a whimp I am. The best I have is .99 and .78! I suck! That's it I'm going out right now and do some donuts in my car to see what I can get.

1.17 & 1.07 on stock sized Nitto 555, not R's, at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit. I drove like a coward, mostly cos the last time I was out, I ran my Integra Type R through a tire wall, and this was my first outting in a RWD car. So I figured if I were to stay on street tires and leave the stability control on, I could do OK.
I never really got into 4th and didn't go deep into the braking zones, but I still turned a 1:39, which isn't too bad for street tires. The ITR's best was 1:36 and I had slightly better rubber on it, and definately beasting that ho around the track.
Man, two more months and I'll be out there again. Maybe with a little more confidence! :)

Donuts aren't going to put you over 1g. You're going need to be carrying some speed into a corner (safest to do on a track or in a large, open parking lot of course), have the engine at about 4-5k in 2nd and floor it and steer into the turn, keeping as much traction as possible. As soon as those tires let loose your g level will drop significantly.

Gtech is a waste - used to have one...to difficult to use, not precise at all.
