Whew, long day! The auction is still going on, but I'm a bit tired so left early. Today I did bid, only to be out-done. 1st car was an Amphicar (car/boat) which I thought would go for significantly less than what it did:bonkers: . And the 2nd was a Ford Hi-Boy Roadster that also went over what I was willing to pay.

I have a few pictures from Wednesday, and I'll upload them tomorrow after I get the memory card from a friend's camera.

So Speedy, what kind of car are you looking to buy exactly? Or are you just looking for something that appeals to you in general?

Speedy, what do they have for '70s Caddys and Lincolns?
I wouldnt think very much, because those cars arent valued very much by the general public.

Now if It was a 50's Eldorado, or anything from 1959....

A 1960s era Coupe Deville sold for around 9K and it looked to be in excellent condition - at least it looked very well cared for, ie; no rust bucket. They said it had a 429 engine?

Good morning! I'm keeping my eye on the lookout for a hot-rod, a Plymouth/Dodge muscle car, and different Corvette's. A few cars that aren't on my list sometimes just "wow" me, and then I'll place a few bids.
Here's the pictures I took:

Here's a link to the list of Cadillac's there. They even have a 1953 Eldorado, which if it hasn't sold yet, I may place a bid on.http://www.barrett-jackson.com/events/scottsdale/vehicles/makelistnb.asp?auctionid=53&makeid=1767

Among the Cadillacs, I'd bid for this gorgeous rose-colored '62 convertible. The fins are just the right size.
