While reading some of the other threads I have noticed that different Cadillac dealerships give differing levels of customer service and have different attitudes about customer service.

I was wondering if there are any other CTS owners in the Dallas area that can give their impressions of the dealers in this area, can tell about good/bad experiences, recommend a good service advisor to deal with, etc.

Sewell Cadillac is the closest to me, but I have not had any experience with them or anyone yet. I bought my 05 with 7,000 miles on it from Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine because a good friend of mine is a salesperson there. All tips will be greatly appreciated! :thumbsup:

Sewell carries a pretty high reputation, I bought my V there. But haven't had any warranty work done yet. Here's a dealer rank on the CadiFAQ site, some more info to consider.
