HeyAll,

I have a strange electrical problem with my 92 coupe deville im guessing, so if this should be in the electrical thread please move. okay so my interior lights dim when i press the brakes either car running or off. im thinking that it shouldnt do that. also the engine seems to rev along with the turn signal if im in drive and idling. its like a lil duet going on. dont notice it when im in a moving turn with the signal on. or while im in park. no light bulbs are burnt out and im not sure sure where to even begin looking for a short. the obd voltage read out is droping nearly half a volt when the signal is on. both left and right but i seem to notice it more with the left hand turn signal. any advice would be greatly appreciated. also do you think it could be a bad battery ground issue?
