I am absolutley floored.
The best part is the invoice is now $34,XXX!!!:) :bulging:

I can't believe that they dropped it that much.

The lease rates are going to be incredible on this vehicle.

The SRX now offers the most value of any GM vheicle in my opinion.

P.S.

I got this info from kbb.com and it seems almost too good to be true.

The best part is the $720 destination fee is included.

Wow, I priced out a 2006 exactly like our 2005, which lists at $60,580. The 2006 ended up being $55,715. That's a nice decrease, and definitely makes the SRX more competitive.

Gonna kill the trade-in value/end of lease value.

Maybe when I end my lease, I'll tell them I'll buy it for market value, not end of lease value.

We had the same issue with our Saab -- the market value was 4K less than the residual. But Saab only offered a $1,500 discount from the residual to buy it. I think many auto makers have some sort of insurance on the gap between residual and market value, or otherwise are willing to eat the difference.
