Anyone played the latest NFS yet?

It's got the CTS in it, as well as the Cobalt, GTO, and the new C6 (Corvette)...

Good "Arcade" Racer, some really good gfx, and great gameplay compared to the previous NFS's that kinda lost their way...

I bought the CTS and am done about %29 of the game I think... Alot of fun when you get C6 & GTO police chase cars after ya!

Played the demo on my comp. the gfx are some of the best i've ever seen in a racing game (if you have a nice HDTV with x360 it might look a little better than on comp), and it finally has some respectable cars. but that's about it, there are better car racing games out there, especially in the physics department. although this might be your best bet if you want to modify normal street cars and such.

I've got it on my computer. I'm up to Blacklist #5 now....this game is addicting. The graphics are great, the physics in this game are better than any previous game as well. It's also a lot more realistic......with much nicer cars as well. Right now, I'm running a DB9, and a Gallardo. I haven't actually tried the CTS yet, but I've been meaning too.

Its good, but there hasn't been a GREAT NFS game since Hot Pursuit I; Hot pursuit two was TOO arcady and the "underground" ones were a good marketing technique to draw youngsters to the franchise, but a complete reversal of what the franchise was originally about - driving fast exotics;)

The new one is supposed to be a "hybrid" between exotics and street racing, but the graphics are a bit yucky. In underground, everything was at night time, so you couldn't notice, but the graphics engine looks yucky during day time races;). Word of advice - get Project Gotham 3 instead:sneaky:

Had it for a while. I actually run a tweaked Audi TT, and am ranked #5 as well. My garage is a C6, Audi TT, Porsche Cayman, and a Mustang I havent done anything with in a while. I guess I should go play it, shouldn't I?

I have a friend who works at Best Buy, and he gets huge discounts on everything. I'm giving him $40 tomorrow, and he's gonna get me the black edition for PS2. I am a HUGE fan of racing games.

My favorite NFS was Porsche Unleashed, the in-car view is awesome.

I remember NFS III: Hot Pursuit.....I have it laying around here somewhere, as well as Porchse Unleashed. Anyway, Since I last Posted, I'm down to #2, and now have a agarge that is filled with a Murcielago, Viper(was a Blacklist car), and the Carrera GT. I have to say that compared to the Carrera GT, everything else just seems like total crap.

I think this in the greatest NFS (even better than 2), and one of my favorite racing games. It actually had physics resembling real driving and I loved all the porches. if you want a really nice racing game get GTR - FIA GT Racing (that's about as close as you'll get to an actual race car, don’t expect to win on the hardest difficulty setting without a steering wheel) or if you want more cars and race tracks and such get TOCA - Race Drive 3 (while not as realistic as GTR, it's a lot of fun)

P.S. both of these games have damage and punish you for driving like a retard, which adds to the difficulty and fun (you wont be leaning on anyone in turns in these games)

I think the most realistic driving game out there right now is Gran Turismo 4. The physics in that game are near perfect. And with around 100 tracks, and over 700 cars, you can't go wrong. The only downside is no damage.

Pfff, Forza>>>>GT4. I loved GT3, but they failed MISERABLY when bringing out GT4, no online play, no damage, horrible AI, just more iterations of the same JPN cars I couldn't care less about, what was the point of GT4, the stupid photo-mode and easier licencing tests?!....

Toca/Pro Race Car driver I found was the hardest racer, really good AI, and enjoyed the story mode...

True, GT4 had better physics, but still not great, Enthusia probably has the best physics, but not a great game...

I played the demo at a Gamestop and I was unimpressed. The graphics look great, but they only run at 15-20 FPS.

I want that one along with Midnight Club DUB Edition and Call of Duty 2. The graphics are awesome.....

COD2 is _THE_ game for the 360. GREAT game. I've only gone online once to show a friend, and got beat pretty bad, gotta learn those maps!

I have DUB edition for the PS2, has the CTS-V & Escalade in it. Fun game, even more arcady than NFS, but definetly better than the NFS UndergroundS which came out at the same time as DUB...

I downloaded the Project Gotham Racing demo last nite. oh my gawd does that game suck, the IN-GAME car gfx are probably worse than GT4, and the handling is atrocious. Remember car games from 10yrs ago when the car really only had like 20 degrees of motion, that's what PGR feels like, very clunky to drive... SOOO glad I bought NFS instead of PGR, I really don't understand why people like PGR...
