I was driving like normal, my 99 escalade just powered off while I was driving!

It has 81k miles, had oil changes regularly under 3000 miles, full tank of gas, checked belts, not the battery. What is going on?

I am sure its an electrical problem but I have no clue where to start and nobody is at the dealership for another 4 days that can look at my vehicle.

Hasnt started back up yet at all. Sorry, I won't be much help. Everyone will tell you to check for codes, that might help. I wouldn't think you have to take it to a dealer for this unless it's under an extended warranty of some kind. Any good, reputable shop should be able to check it for you. If it's home and you feel up to it, you can narrow things down some. Check for spark, check for fuel, the usual things. I know if your cam sensor goes out it shuts off. That's where your spark timing comes from.
