I'm looking for the people that stole my car and stripped parts off it. My uncle told me about a Deville like mine that he see's alot by his work and its only a few blocks from where it was ditched. So driving the hood at 1am and I find a 79 coupe thats white and beat up, with a perfect hood on it. I couldn't look long cause there where people in the parking lot. Does a 81 hood match up with a 79 car? I dismised the car cause I didn't think they do and my uncle said the car he saw was nice, this on wasn't. But I want to be sure! Let me know please.

Can someone please help! Does a 81 hood fit a 79 CDV? I just want to find the person who stripped my car! I just need to narrow down the cars in that area!

77-79 are the same. 80-84 Coupe deVille are the same.

I don't think they match up. I believe the 77-79 hood is a bit more raised than the 80-84.
