I noticed that on most cars, the rear windshield (or rear glass) slopes down like the front windshield, at like a 45 degree angle. On my 92 DeVille, the back windshield just cuts sraight down, at like a 90 degrees. Is this just for styling? Ive never seen another car like this. I thought maybe it would allow the rear seat to be pushed back as far as possible, allowing for the rediculous leg room back there, lol. What do you guys think? Ive been curious about it

It's a styling thing. Just about all Chryslers up until the Intrepids came out were like that. The Cadillac Broughams and the 80s DeVilles were like that. Lincoln Town Cars. Cougars and Thunderbirds.....

yeah, it's a styling thing, alot of the old cars had it, I personally like it, it is more traditional Cadillac, Mafia-type window....
