Maybe I'm paranoid, but I don't like being locked in my car when I put the thing in gear. Is there any simple way to disarm this "feature"?

On my '96 SDV, you put the ignition in the run position, and push info and reset simultaneously for about 3 seconds, then it asks door lock? and you press reset for yes and info for no. You can disable all of them, enable all of them, have just the driver's door lock and unlock, etc.
