Quick intro: I just purchased a '94 STS for my wife. 69k on the clock. Runs/drives like a new car. Whoever owned the car prior to us must have been fanatical about the car, as it is in VERY good condition for a 9 year old machine. It does have some typical dings and scratches associated with a car its' age - but nothing bad. It is not as fully optioned as some Sevilles that we looked at..

As for the newbies comment, I had noticed that the board is new. Myself - I'm new to the whole Cadillac/Northstar/Etc. thing.. :cool:

Actually, I'm still kinda new to the whole GM thing. Been a MoPar freak since about as long as I can remember.. Also have a soft spot in my head for air-cooled VW's. I bought my first GM product in summer '01 - and wish I could get rid of it! The STS makes #3.

You got the moonroof! All right. That's one option many want but can't easily find.

Usually the STS is pretty loaded, especially if it has a roof. What options do you think are missing?

No Bose (no great loss, to me!:D); no heated seats; no self-defrosting windshield.

Not sure if seat position memory was an option in '94.

I'm not sure what GM calls it - but the windshields that have a micro-foil film embedded in the windshield that conducts crrent and generates enough heat to defrost - similar to the thin wire defrosters in the rear window.

The option is the heated windshield. My 94 Concours has all options except that. Although I've heard from one guy, that his heated windshield kept cracking.

My sts has all those options that I know of except for the heated windshield. How would I know if it has that? I have the bose system, heated seats, moon roof, all that jazz. What can I check to see if it has the heated windshield?
