Sounds like a thermostat problem to me. Is water temperature around 200 F while driving after warming up at any outside temperatures?

I replaced the thermostat 2 time's . when it gets 20 degrees outside it takes 7th forever and only blows heat on passenger side , driver side is cold

i would check out the heater core just to be thuro. Also check the outside and inside air tempature sensors. does this happen when running the heat in auto or econ mode if the 95's have that.

Have you tried flushing the heater core?

do a search for heater. many, many, many threads, all usually result in a partially plugged heater core.
