Okay, I have looked at this thing for over an hour and can't for the life of me figure out how to remove it. I wont need it since I am just using a Nippondenso alternator straight off the crank with a short belt.

The big bolt in the center. The little square hole is for a breaker bar so you can take the tension off the belt you don't have.

oh dah!
It looks like I just pop off the black cover then. I am looking at this with the engine in the car... not much room :)

Cool, thanks man.

I don't even think you need to do that! There should be a bolt in that hole in the center of the black cover.
