Hey. I can use some help here. Kinda new to the forum. so here goes. Tonight after work i started up the 93 Sedan DeVille, and the security light stayed on. I kept on starting the car up and turning it off. Nothing. it wont go out. I drove all the way home about 20 miles. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? The key has the chip in it. It's the only key i have. Could this be the problem? Kinda confused. I have the anti theft remote also, but for some reason that stopped working a while back, like if there is a bad switch somewhere, and the door locks wont lock when the door opens up. Just plain disgusted. Any help would be great.

Check your codes, because if I remember correctly, the PassKey system sets them. To do this, turn your ignition on, and hold OFF and WARMER on your automatic climate control panel. All of the segments in the display will then light up, and it will scroll through the codes. Write them down and post them here.
