I ordered a part from gmpartsdirect and it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me. but hey, it was $120 less than the dealer wanted. :bigroll: worth the wait I suppose!

You're sure it's the regulator assembly itself and not the motor/gear drive combo? That piece is a lot cheaper than the regulator.

If it is the motor, I bought mine from the parts store nearly three years ago and it is fine. The motor isn't one of those parts that need to be OEM from acDelco or GM.
