Told them to check it over to see what it would need to pass inspection. And this is the stuff that needs to be done before it will pass inspection.
Left headlight needs to be replaced
Rear brakes
Rear drums
Rear wheel cylinders
And Hardware kit

They said they could do all of that for $672 :banghead:

the inspection in your state goes as far as to remove the drums from the car and inspect the brakes? i mean someone could see a cylander is bad if it leaked enough to run out , but damn youd be putting fluid in it every day .

a few tools a buddy and a shop manual you could do the brakes for around 120 bucks , and the headlight ...theres got to be a good one in the junkyard , if there isnt there i know of 3 in the yard up the street from me (dont know how much they want but im good freinds with the owner)

Yeah the inspections in PA are quite through *spelling?* but hey, it makes for safer cars on the road atleast
