finally i think i narrowed down my problem but I need to know since i lack electrical knowledge is 0.01 an acceptable milliamp usage?

i have my multimeter set to 20 MA and i am currently getting 0.01 with my ACM disconnected so is this acceptable if it is then i think my ACM is bad.
