ive heard that you can de-activate your ride control so that the "service ride control message" no longer comes on, mine comes on all the damn time and i want to shut it off...

Mine ran most of the time when the car was turned off
on my '91.(which I know are different).I just simply
unplugged it.

I've disconnected the computer ride controller in the trunk of my '92 Seville, and I STILL get the 'service ride control' message on the dash. According to the shop manual, this shouldn't happen.
