:dammit: Hi all need some more help. 94 deville replaced dash with one from junk yard. Every thing works but it seems the ride is not as good.
Is there a way to reset computer? Or what else can be done.

Check the computer for codes. And to reset the computer you can unhook the negative terminal from the battery.

i take it you still have the stock struts under it ?

someone may have changed the option setting like i did to remove the service ride controll message , disableing the struts and locking them in full firm ....if memeory serves the IPC has battery backup , no way to reset ...we need to ensure you option settings are correct ....lemme do some math and read the manuals

also does the car have heated windshield? and it does have the 4.9 and NOT the northstar right ?

yes 4.9 and no heated windshield

yes 4.9 no heated windshield and yes stock struts

yes 4.9 no heated windshield & everything is stock
