As for the books :
1)Standard Catalog of Cadillac 1903-2005 ,this thing is awesome year by year changes and numbers its like haveing sandy in your room only without the cigar smell
2) Cadillac Allante book , basicly all the magaize articles that came out on it over the years , very interesting year by year notes ...
3) 1984-1988 Pontiac Fiero performace review
4) American Firetrucks Photo book (i love my firetrucks) I -LOVE- that hearse! I also want to get my hands on a Deville. I've seen die-cast Q45s but they're all tiny and overpriced (imported). Spent a week there in the mid 80's throwing myself from various "perfectly good" airplanes (including a 1923 Navy N3-N3) plus a little off-airport activity involving a female park ranger. :shhh:  OH GAME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!! i got a Cien a Sixteen and a V on the way boy... Stoneage_Caddy 11-12-05, 10:06 PM LOL ....your lucky i forgot to stop by and pick up the EXT ...they had "Stock" ones insated of the ones that are dubbed out ...
we have a nice 16 at work ....i think ill get a closer look at it monday ....maybe buy it ....looks great back there behdin the parts counter ... LOL ....your lucky i forgot to stop by and pick up the EXT ...they had "Stock" ones insated of the ones that are dubbed out ...

ah :annoyed: piss on stock, its no fun. boring. so what size are all yours? i dont hardly collect 1:18, they are too big and take up alot of space. i do like the detail though. i have made a few special occasions, like Cadillac XLRs and Maserati's and Corvettes and Ferraris. but other than that... nah. i did get a Dropstar XLR in 1:24 (actually i think theirs are 1:20 but im not sure). and i got a 1:24 Big Time Muscle Corvette. we have a nice 16 at work ....i think ill get a closer look at it monday ....maybe buy it ....looks great back there behdin the parts counter ...
huh, our parts counter doesnt sell them, it would be cool if they did though cause id already have them. shoot they are like what 80 bucks or something? im gonna check Cadillac's website.
hey, you still got that thing from Hallmark you showed us, what was it, last year? that Cadillac/ Buick dealership from the 30s or something? i wonder if they still sell them? Stoneage_Caddy 11-12-05, 10:53 PM yes the dealership is new for this year , so you should be able to get it at any hallmark
80 bucks for the 16 ???? i didnt know it was that much ...who makes it ? if its and autoart or gmp its well worth it ... Stoneage_Caddy 11-12-05, 10:55 PM and most of mine are 1/18 ...detail is what i want ....
my dad collects 1/18 indy cars from the 50s and 60s ....
reminds me i need to holler at mccombie , to see if he can get me the diecast indy turbine thats only sold there ....too bad its the small 1/40 scale ...but weve been after one for some time now
as for stock ....well one day once i have the room id like to buy about 5 EXTs , a few devilles and others and set up liek a 1/18 dealership ok i looked at their website and it is 60 bucks... so is the V. ha suckers i got them for 49.99 and for 39.99. the V race car is 85... oh come on, overpriced. oh wait, GM duh. as for stock ....well one day once i have the room id like to buy about 5 EXTs , a few devilles and others and set up liek a 1/18 dealership
now that would be cool. i am gonna make an older dealership from the 30s like the hallmark one. i got a 32 Phaeton and a 34 Fleetwood so i got two for my 30s collection. they are 1/32, i wish i could find more of the 30s model Cadillacs. that is my dream to make one of them. DopeStar 156 11-12-05, 11:02 PM Sweet dude, I love going to shit like that. Stoneage_Caddy 11-12-05, 11:08 PM ok i looked at their website and it is 60 bucks... so is the V. ha suckers i got them for 49.99 and for 39.99. the V race car is 85... oh come on, overpriced. oh wait, GM duh.
the CTS-V racecar has been a dissapointment for me .....while its detailed to the max and it looks wesome nothing opens up ....its a curbside ....but i got it becuse i like the cars so much ...otherwise i normally dont buy ....i like to open them up and look inside and everything ...
GMP's Grand Nationals are frickin sweet too , they even have keys in the iginition that dangle like the real thing ....I still havent bought one ....I know i can get them pretty easy so i passed 3 up to get the SVO which is very hard to get now brougham 11-13-05, 01:04 AM I have that Eldorado Pace Car too. They also used to have normal Eldorados thats what I really wanted but they don't make them anymore and I couldn't get one the colour I wanted so I got the Pace Car instead. davesdeville 11-14-05, 04:07 AM I'd give $100 for a 75/76 Caddy. I'd use it as a hood ornament if it was 1:36 or smaller... still over half a foot at that scale...
I found some 92-02 Eldos, but they were very poorly done... ok Mike, got me a Lincoln Navicross concept today. your move. Stoneage_Caddy 11-14-05, 08:36 PM Ok made my move ....see anything new ?
