Anyone notice that there's a Caddy for sale in our classified section that allegedly a presidntial limo?

Very nice, but of course it's just a replica. The real Presidential limo is in a museum somewhere, I'm sure the government wouldn't want the secrets of a real presidential limo to leak out.

Absolutely STUNNING! If I could afford the car and a boat shipment, I'd be all over that like Oprah on a cheesecake.

Looks like the '74 Fleetwood 75 Limo I sold last year

That's pretty cool. And it's not a US Presidential limo, so I guess that increases the chances of it being authentic.

I would think so....but this isn't a US presidential limo, its supposedly Egyptian....it could be legit no?

True, it makes the chances of the limo being authentic better, but look at the specs on the Fleetwood and pay attention; it says that the limo has 20,000 miles. Now it's from 1974, and it also belonged to a President of Egypt (supposedly), so it should've gotten a decent workout.

And also supersize the 1st and 3rd exterior pictures, PAY ATTENTION to the details. The easiest thing to tell is that this car wasn't taken by the same camera, the 1st picture is considerably larger than the 3rd. Now here's where you need to pay attention: (make sure both pictures are supersized) look at the 1st picture and the small rear window, it's very long and thin; now look at the 3rd picture's small rear window, it isn't nearly as long and much wider than the 1st.

The clue is in the details, now I'd seriously ask the seller a few question before placing a serious bid. I think someone might be trying to dupe us.

All 3 pictures are different, a normal online classified ad has the same location for all the pictures. Even the interior shot was taken in a garage next to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now do you think that a normal person in Cario just happens to drive an American-made Jeep?

It looks phony to me, and especially since the seller is selling this on Cadillac Owners and not Ebay.

I didn't see anything about protective armor like bullet proof glass, reinforced door or gun ports. Could CARFAX track that VIN Number?

I don't see what you're talking about with the small rear window. It's the same car in both those pictures. If there's a difference it's probably because of the different angles he took the picture at.

That might be the reason, but it looks odd to me. I just doubt that this is the real presidential limo, it might be a replica.

It's weird that the guy took 3 different pictures from different locations. I might email him and see what he has to say.
