Depends on what you want to spend and where you are located. For a good dinner and a small bill go to the Outback. I usually walk out of there with a bill of $60 or less and I eat 3 Lobster tails everytime. If you lived near Tampa and wanted to spend some cash I would say Berns Steak House http://www.bernssteakhouse.com/bs_frame.htm. Tom takes me there a lot, but the bill is not small.
