I like those gold keys with the Caddy symbol on the tops. Where can I get those; only at the dealer?

Cadillac discontinued them, but they do show up on eBay.

You can still get some of them from the dealer but the ones I needed where discontinued when I wanted to replace my original ones that are starting to get worn out. Ebay is where I got them :)

They still have Cadillac emblems on them, they're just not gold anymore.
