will work in a 99 Deville? I have the radio with a source button and cable is
pre wired in the trunk.

Do you have a pic of that wiring unit in the truck. I have the same radio and am told that I should have a pre wire in the trunk as well to plug n play and interface with the radio so I won't have to have that small control panel placed in the car.
