That usually means the oil cooler in radiator is leaking?

Pink coolant ?? Frothy transmission fluid ?

......or do you have a Z-car with V03 - HD Cooling with engine oil cooler in the passenger end radiator end tank ?

Yep, in either case it means the oil cooler inside the radiator tank(s) has gone bad.

98 deville. Not my car. Yet. Seller says it is mixing. In crankcase? Surge tank? Maybe car does not have oil cooler?

A 98 Deville will have a transmission oil cooler in the driver's end radiator tank. IF it was special ordered with RPO V03 it will have an engine oil cooler in the passenger end radiator tank.

A leaky transmission fluid cooler makes a mess of the coolant/surge tank/transmission fluid - pink froth. A leaky engine oil cooler makes a mess of the engine oil and coolant - creamy coffee-colored froth.

Yes, I know what happens when coolant mixes with trans fluid. Bad things

I'm looking for the approximate color of the mess.
