I know this is old, but it is still funny everytime I see this. Just a reminder as the winter is coming soon and would not like to hear that this happened to one of us. http://www.big-boys.com/articles/badtow.html

What's that saying from "Forest Gump"? "Stupid is as stupid does".

Quick, hire a teenager while they still know it all!

Hmmm, Need to be towed, pulled out of a jam?? Call the boys from
Dumb@$$ Towing. If they don't help you, they're guaranteed to destroy your car!! The first service is free!!:D

Or you might call "Starving Students Towing" also associated with "Starving Students Auto Body". :ill:

LOL

Actually......some of my pals did that when i was at college....they couldnt get his car to start, so they borrowed my Cortina since it had a 2.0 engine, bigger than the 1.6 and 1.8 Cortinas they all had, and towed this kids car, except the little ring that the rope goes through was rusted, and snapped, so they sent a car flying odd on its own, straight into a field

I don't mind negative feedback, I have little respect or care for those who want to snipe anonymously.

That clips kinda funny. Though with that little car stuck, they had enopugh guys to just lift the lil thing and set it down on the road. :)

Wow.....I would've thought that plastic bumper would be sturdy enough to use as a tow point. :ill: :helpless:

Great video! :D

hahaha

That was my first time to see it in a full video. Saw the climax of it in a ricer compilation a while back though

Kev, sorry I forgot to sign that one. Shouldn't have given it to you in the first place but I can only hear 'teenagers are the root of all societal problems' so much in one week.

i showed that vid to a friend of mine who owns a saturn last year. the next day she got stuck and was totally freaking that the same thing was going to happen to her! As for picking it up, i'd be carefull, those saturns have plastic fenders. In highschool some friends and i tried to pick up and move one of the teachers cars, a fiero (he insisted it got its name b/c it was a cross between a ferrari and a camaro). those have a fiberglass body and just as the tires started to lift up, one of the front fenders almost let loose!!! we could barely keep from laughing a couple of days later when he started complaining about how much his paint was cracking!

That's one of my favourite videos of all time!

What makes it especially funny is that they didn't attach the line to the bumper, it's actually taken off part of the rear subframe.

Marvellous!

The first time I saw that I was crying I was laughing so hard...

Kev,
Here's my take on this rep system. I bet you pi$$ed this guy off in another thread. He's playing get even. I gave a guy a negative for his bad comments and I signed my name. Well he starts a new thread titled "Forum Police". He said he got a negative score from me and used my name in the thread. So do you sign your name anymore.:hmm:

Kev, I erased his negative with luv pts.

I hear ya. Before long everyone is going to be too anxious to comment on anything for fear of neg points. There's a difference being lively debate and being an a$$hole (non)contributor. I hope everyone knows how to differentiate.

My only comment on this thread is I wish someone would mention that there are references to Porn on the site before I open it at work. The internet cops here are watching. Funny vid though!

Sorry about that, I tried to edit my reply to let people know but I can't edit it.

Kev, sorry I forgot to sign that one. Shouldn't have given it to you in the first place but I can only hear 'teenagers are the root of all societal problems' so much in one week. Thanks for owning up Dave. You don't strike me as someone who is afraid to throw a blow to a man's face so I'll chock that up as a 'typo' and leave it at that. Like I said, I can take the hits, in fact, I'd rather be banned for stating my mind even if it goes against the tide.

It won't take you but 5 years or so before you grow to appreciate the old joke I shared about teens. Until then, those of us who have been where you are understand you more than you know, more than we let on sometimes.

:)
