There is no fuel pressure at the carb with my friend's 84 Fleetwood Brougham.
Current situation:
(DFI system)
There are three wires to the fuel pump. With the ignition switch 'on', the black wire reads 0 volts, pink 9.5 volts, and the blue wire 9 volts.
The car has a recently replaced fuel pump and new fuel filter, (but did not solve problem). Is the supply voltage incorrect? Should the remaining two wires read a voltage?
Also, I'm having trouble locating the fuel pump test lead in the engine compartment so I can jumper the fuel pump to test the pump.
I would appreciate any input from anyone who might be able to help me solve this fuel delivery problem.
Thanks.
