Contemplating replacing factory cts radio w/bose with a Double Din Sony WX-5900MD ( i NEED Minidisc for the car). I've been hearing that the CTS Radio controls a bunch of crap. Would it be that much of a pain in the ass for me to take it out? The radio im looking to get is only available in japan, so im trying to get some info on any headaches i may have installing it (IF I CAN DO SO). It's gonna cost me around $650 so any help pertaining to this subject would be greatly appreciated.

lots of good stuff in japan that they dont export.
I considered installing a head unit once but decided against it because the frequency range on the radio is different. (you only be able to get about 2 radio stations on your FM)
