I bought a factory power antenna on E-Bay for my 99 Deville.
Does anyone have any instructions or tips on installation?

I'd like that info aswell. My antenna motor runs when I plug the harness in, but the antenna doesnt move.

Is it still in the back of the car like the older DeVilles and Fleetwoods are? If it is just take out the panel inside the trunk and start fiddling around with it. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to take it out. You can also try doing a search because there's probably already a post around here about it.
