Mechanics and even non-mechanics would agree... if your airbag light is on, take it to a dealer. Not a shop, but a dealer... who are prepared to deal with things like this. The airbag light not only stops the airbags from working in an accident, but on rare cases the bags can go off without warning because of a serious mechanical problem. :nono: :bouncer:

You're going to need a Tech2 scanner do do anything when the airbag light stays on. You'll have to either go to a dealer or to a shop that has one. It's not something you want to pick up yourself. They're big bucks.
