What Do You Think?? I Bought A 1991 Allante Ip Speedo Cluster On Ebay. It Arrived Here Sat , Opened Box , The Cluster Is Wet. Not Sopping But At Least Some Water Between The Lens And Face Plate. The Packing Material Does Not Seem Wet. I Remove Lens And Face Plate And Wipe Water Off. Not A Lot Of Water Inside Cluster (at Least At This Time). My 90 Allante Has A Good Cluster- This Is An Extra. Could A Novice (me) Bench Test? What Are Chances That Circuitry, Diodes, Fuses, Whatever Are Damaged ? The Seller Says The Cluster Worked And Was Never Exposed To Water And,,,,, Offered To Take Back And I Would Just Be Out The Shipping !!!
