CAn someone please help me I have a 1996 Deville and I want to install an aftermarket cd player. I do not have Bose and I do not have the external amps either, what do I need? Please help.......:confused:

What do you want? To install just the player, or speakers as well? External amplifiers?

I'm wanting to do the same thing but if I have the optional cd changer(I have the non bose HU..delco I think) i'd just like to stick with the original HU. But by optional, I'm wondering even if you don't get the cd changer option is it still configured for one. Also I just stopped by the mom and pop audio shop and they say if my tuner is in the trunk then it is going to be a crapload more money for labor to replace the original HU(so if my tuner is in the trunk does that mean i'm set up for a cd changer?)

Just the headunit I dont the oem amps in the car but will be running an amp kit and set up.
