might sound like a stupid question but maybe someone can help me..i had my tires rotated the other day. the guy put to much pressure in the rear..so i took some air out in the rear tire, but my computer gage reads that i took air out of the front.. ..question is are the sensors programmed for each perticlular side , or can i rotate them and they still will register on my computer accordingly?? or im i smoking too much shit??

It's easy ... just follow the FAQ above ... did it the other day after rotating the tires ... helps to have an air compressor, too ... plus an air pressure gage (unless you want to use the dash display :p ).

And don't worry about the air you let out. Press the valve open and count 1000, 2000, 3000, then release the valve. It will take several seconds (a count between 10 to 15, sometimes less) for the sensor to notice and respond with the horn honk. That three second count during air release will only take out about a pound of air pressure.
