Welcome aboard.... thanks for signing up

Do you have any pictures.... How about mileage and condition......

Why dont you start a new thread in the CDV and SDV section about some concerns!

The car has 150,000 miles on it. I rebuilt the 400 and put a b&m shift kit in it. I have rebuilt the front control arms. Just did the brakes all around, shocks, steering. I added a rear sway bar (junk yard parts).
I'm considering a 350 chevy with a 700R4. I will have few pictures soon.

You have a 425 and a th400. If you're going to swap something, let it be a cad 500. It's almost the same block, and it will bolt right in. The th400 is a good transmission combo with the 500. There are quite a few performance parts for the 500.

Ah I see you have another thread on this, I guess I'll reply there too.

What motor is in your 78, I'll assume that you have a 425 also.

Mine? Yep it's a 425. She's no speed demon. I'm either swapping a 500 in as I suggested to you, or I'm trading it to my grandma for my old 75 Deville with a 500 already in it. I'm looking into turbocharging whichever 500 I end up with, although the engine bay in the 78 doesn't provide much room at all.
