How the valve could be removed from the manifold?

The text matches the picture but the valve is not located in the manifold. It's after the exhaust manifold. They are showing the flow of exhaust through the intake manifold which heats it up.

I'm still confused....
I have drawn the red arrow myself and I'm interested in finding out which detail it is pointing at. I thought I've pointed at the valve.

I believe what you are pointing at is the choke heater tube...

I agree. Can't be sure with that picture. That would be a pipe that goes into the heated portion of the intake. It allows the choke mechanism on the carbonator to pull hot air and warm the choke thermostat.
