Ok boys (and girl) time to put up and get off the dyno bench.

Willow springs this weekend, still time for your "friend" to sign up. There is only one V against a bunch of Corvettes/Porches/Bimmers. Good clean fun, bring the family.

technically it's not "racing" because there is no contact, you are really "racing" the clock plus all you need is a helmet, long sleeves and gloves. However if bimmer boy is on your 6 your definitely going to keep in front of him.
Typically it's 4-5 20 minutes sessions, which at 100mph is quite a while.

It says the deadline to register was the 17th. Are we too late or is that only for the endurance race? Can I just show up Saturday or Sunday morning?

I know this is off the subject ..,

but..., do you know of any good cadillac mechanic shops in the san fernando valley or lancaster/palmdale areas ?

thanks,
kevin

You'll do very well on that track. It's a high speed track unlike Streets of Willow. If I was not flying out of town Friday I would definitely be there with you.

Please keep posting other events cause next time I will definitely go.

enduro has been cancelled, there is a late fee for late sign up. As far as I know you can just show up. Try phone number at bottom of link. Tech inspection is at 7:30am, mandatory drivers meeting 8:30am, track goes hot at 9:00.

this is the only one worth going to. Spend the extra gas to get there. Main Tech drives a modded V, ask for him. They even have the fastest color V on their home page.

Had a great time, came in 3rd in time trials in about a group of 20. Was target rich environment. Plenty of M3's and 2 modded M5, porches and turbo SRX. Had plenty of good comments from on lookers. Saw 135mph..:D

Button willow next weekend, get off the bench and come slide.

My "friend" keeping ahead of M5 boy. Talked to him after and he said he is going to spend even more money if he can't out run a lowly Cadillac :highfive:

Would love to hear your magnaflow.

Now if Lawfive would get back from Irish :bouncy:Spring land, we'd have a:
Black with B&B
Grey with Magnaflow
Silver with Corsa
Need a Red with Bassini, any in SoCal? We can settle the fastest color..:D
