Some pictures of my new wheels from GM. I really like them, what do you think.
List is $424/ea. A dealer in NH cut me a good deal. Part #17800210 if anyone is interested.

Those are actually very beautiful...good job. They showcase the brakes wonderfully.

I didn't think I was going to like them but they really look nice.

I wonder how they look on red calipers....
I'm going to talk to the fleet manager if he can hook me up with a deal on the wheels.

I rarely see aftermarket wheels that I prefer to the stock wheels (Cadillac really hit the bullseye in that department) but those look really good and the price is reasonable compared to some of the $5000/set crap that is floating around the marketplace.

Nice purchase.

Personally I think the red calipers belong on another car, I've come to like the silver. Now cross drilled rotors, thats a different story. If I decide to change them I'll post pictures. Thanks for the thumbs up on the wheels.

One other note is that these wheels are significantly lighter than stock. I wish I thought of weighing them before mounting.

Can the wheels be painted the same color as the factory rims? I really like the rims but I'm not a big fan of polished aluminum.

For those who may be interested on how they look on Platinum here are mine. I got the set brand new from Keyser Cadillac in Buffalo for around $1200. I still like the stock ones too and will probably install GSD3's on them eventually.

Would someone post the part number for the wheels?
Are you running run flats on them?

Check this link http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results.cfm?singlepart=1&partnumber=CTS-V

I put the runflats from my original wheels on them without any significant problem worth mentioning other than the dealer had to send the car to Goodyear for the mounting as they didnt have the proper equipement to make the change. I did buy another set of TPMs so I will be all set to put new tires on the old wheels (which I still like) someday. I may chrome the OEM ones, I havent decided yet. :cookoo:

Those really look nice. Almost cheaper than getting the others chromed. Are they Clear Coated?

Part number is in my initial thread. I'm told they are clear coated. The dozer is made by GM. Its called a trex, never knew GM made such a animal. Here are some side views, unedited.

those look good :) i was thinking about getting those on my platinum V. Got any straight side shots? Kinda wondering if they'd look meaty enough since they have so much space

And of course, it is a TYPICAL Vt scene... Very nice country there

Chesrown had these on a couple of cars, and they looked good on the redline, I liked them on the platinum, but the chrome just doesn't have the same pop on a silver car.
